Optical contactless switches (BVO) are sensors that detect objects that interrupt or reflect visible or invisible optical radiation, and have a semiconductor switching element.
Sensors manufactured in accordance with GOST R 50030.5.2 for direct (DC) and alternating (AC) current, they are classified into three groups: type T – with reception of a direct beam from an emitter, type R – with reception of a beam returned from a reflector, type D – with reception of a beam diffusely reflected from an object.
